Taking after much hypothesis, Lady Gaga and the NFL affirmed on Thursday that she will feature Fox's Super Bowl LI halftime appear.
This will be her second time performing at the Super Bowl. The "Ideal Illusion" vocalist sang the national song of devotion at Super Bowl 50 last February.
Gaga declared the news on Twitter.
"Woman Gaga is a standout amongst the most electric entertainers of our era, and we couldn't be more joyful with the decision to have her feature the Super Bowl LI Halftime Show," said John Entz, Fox Sports president and official maker, in an announcement. "It will be a mind blowing night."
"Woman Gaga is a standout amongst the most notorious and gifted specialists of this era," said Mark Quenzel, NFL senior vp programming and creation, in an announcement. "After her striking execution singing the National Anthem at Super Bowl 50, we are eager to see what she has in store for the world's greatest stage – the Pepsi Zero Sugar Super Bowl LI Halftime Show."
The Pepsi Zero Sugar Super Bowl LI Halftime Show will occur at NRG Stadium in Houston and will air on Fox on Feb. 5, 2017.
